  Fascia is a dense connective tissue that covers the human body from head to toe. There are many layers of fascia within us which lend internal strength and support to our bodies. In fact it is the fascia that is responsible for where your bones align within you.

So if your vertebrae or hips keep coming out of alignment it is the soft tissue, the fascia, tugging the bones out of place. Releasing the restrictions that pull that area out of it’s proper placement will allow the body to self correct and come back into alignment. So healthy fascia is very important for everything from proper mobility, strength & flexibility to healthy bones, organs & glands.

Keeping your fascia springy and free is key to bouncing instead of breaking. Unseen even in X-rays, CAT scans and MRIs, fascial restrictions are completely invisible and yet they are responsible for the pains and problems in your body. Releasing the fascia can bring incredible relief and help you regain or maintain good health.

Because fascial research is just taking off in the last few years most people are not fully aware of fascia’s incredible influence on our bodies and our lives.
